The Moore-Yuille Scholarship Fund Inc was created out of an idea from the late Raymond Clement Banks Jr’s desire to help the next generation of his family advance in the area of academia. The program is designed to encourage students and assist in the progression of their education to return positive impact in our communities in the future.
